The floor is laid with FLINT FLOOR HI FLOOR AC6 RUSTIC OAK; the solid wood doors are lacquered white. The bathrooms are fitted with customised furniture and offer 100 cm and 120 cm branded washbasins. One bathtub is clad in white Silestone and the en-suite bathroom is brand new with a resin shower tray. The fittings are from Hansgrohe.

The kitchen has elegant white units and a worktop in white Silestone. The closed laundry room is fitted with aluminium windows and custom-made blinds. The technical windows are equipped with thermal bridge break, tilt and turn function and soundproof film to insulate noise, cold and heat. The blinds at the rear have movable slats, while the blinds at the front are roller blinds. The main room is soundproofed and the outside balconies have imitation porcelain parquet flooring.
