Welcome to this romantic and unique 17th century mountain cottage, which was recently completely renovated in February 2024.

The cedula de habilidad has been applied for and is expected in about a month, so the property is also being sold together with the cedula. The view from this house is simply spectacular - on a clear day it reaches as far as Ibiza and offers a view over parts of Port Andratx. The location is between Es Capdella and Andratx.

The house has an open-plan living room with an integrated kitchen, a bedroom on the first floor and a bathroom. There is an outbuilding on the property with an additional room that can be used as a second bedroom, office or for guests. There is also an antique ‘oven’ which is perfect for storage. Andratx is therefore an ideal starting point for exploring one of the most beautiful southern regions of Mallorca.
