Son Veri Nou is a tranquil urbanization to the east of El Arenal and has so far been spared mass tourism. It belongs to nearby Llucmajor, which also has a good selection of cafés and stores, not to mention the weekly markets that take place every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday.
